Tis the season for Holiday parties! Here are some low budget ideas. By the way, I recently used Rent The Runway for an event and had a great experience. Will definitely use them again. Also, including plus-sized, tall, and petite options. (I fall in the petite category, so I'm usually mindful of those options.)
