Ashley Greene is a red carpet favorite of mine and you can actually buy the same timeless Stop Staring! 'Ashley' dress she wore to the Eighth Annual Awards Season Diamond Fashion Show Preview on January 8, 2009 for $110 from JBR Clothing or the Stop Staring! official site. I know the look is from early 2009, but it is timeless and I actually own the dress and it is high quality, comfy and stretchy. Stop Staring! recommends ordering a size down if you are in between sizes, but I would recommend to order a touch up since it is stretchy. You can also get it in black.
